This hotel had the absolute most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel! The service was excellent, and the complementary breakfast was outstanding. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stillwater on OSU business.

Beautiful hotel with great location next to Penn State University! The service was excellent, and very quick, the food in the restaurant is terrific. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again.

I've stayed at hotels triple the price that didn't have the amenities that the Atherton had. The sheets were high thread count with fluffy comforters. We stayed there in Feb. 2006. I also stayed there 15 years earler and they have made many changes and upgrades since then. The beds are the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. You just melt into them!!!Very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Great picture location in the lobby. We will only stay at the Atherton when visiting Stillwater!
