The hotel and staff was great. We were a large group and they took very good care of us. BUT, the restaurant staff was RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE AND AGGRESSIVE. Chef "BIG AL" was the worst. Avoid the restaurant unless you want to be belittled an talked down to.

I have stayed at too many Embassy Suites to count and by far this is the worse one. The staff is rude and the General Mananger is as rude. They do not know what customer service is. My room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and had to be changed at 1:00 in the morning. The housekeeper said "that this is normal that they are short staffed and ...

There was a roach in my room and there are too many unsupervised kids.If you complain to the employees about the kids they do nothing about it.

They also just started a huge renovation, which had me worried. You wouldnt even know they were if they didnt tell you! They hotel looks beautiful and modern. I travel here frequently with a company of mine and it has never failed me once! They greet you as soon as you walk in, they always give you what you need, and they are truly motivated to make your stay great, not just make some money. They are like family here.

The service by Paul in the bar last weekend was fantastic !!! Will return every time we are in Tulsa. The service was right on and so professional. Very well done !

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, have separate bedrooms, are clean, and the beds are so comfortable that you won't want to get up in the morning. I ordered room service and it arrived promptly and was made to my specific orders. The hotel itself is large and easy to find with plenty of parking.

I had an amazing time at the Embassy Suites. The center courtyard makes you forget about the city outside. It's just amazing. Great for family and couple vacations.

We stayed in one of their suites, which was very nice. The room was big enough that the people staying in the room weren't tripping over one another. Every time I called the front desk they called me by name and knew who it was. That's never happened to me before so I really enjoyed it.
