I truly enjoyed my stay. I checked in in the evening and was very tired but the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They talked friendly to me and i did not feel rushed at all. They gave me very specific directions on how to get to get to my room and extra toiletries were personally brought to my room. By far the best service i have dealt with yet and would reccomend this hotel to any one!!

The wait to check-in was much longer than I expected. Also, the staff while helpful were a little on the abrasive side: complaining about work conditions and hours in front of guests and so on.

Newly remodeled. Great service. Friendly staff and affordable rates. I stayed there a couple of years ago and my stay was not so great. I decided to give it a second chance and they really blew me away. Jeff in sales really went out of his way to accomodate our group and gave our group a good rate. We also had a meeting. The food was tremendous and the waitstaff was terrific. I highly recommend The Clarion Westgate Hotel!
