I had to visit the front desk several times, because I was checking in several of my colleagues, and the PM front desk manager was very rude, telling me to go away. Food was average, meeting room service was average. Billing was completely wrong. Was hit with a $150 cash incidental deposit without any prior warning.

This hotel has great service and a friendly staff but the rooms are some of the smallest I have every stayed in. In addition to the small rooms size the windows are single payne and allow all street noise into the room. We also went went the weather was very cold and the single payne windows forsted up and the half od the room by the windows was very cold. I would not go back, even with the great service.
