I had to visit the front desk several times, because I was checking in several of my colleagues, and the PM front desk manager was very rude, telling me to go away. Food was average, meeting room service was average. Billing was completely wrong. Was hit with a $150 cash incidental deposit without any prior warning.

We stayed at this hotel in early August. Our room was dirty and the employees acted like they could care less when it came to "service". I discovered that my room would not lock and it took 3 calls and over an hour before it was finally fixed--the only positive was the location of the property

We were in Cincinnati for a meeting and stayed 7 nights in the Millennium. The rooms were small. The bathroom floor was not swept on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the hotel stay was awful. The rate we found was reasonable but awful hospitality. We waited 1 1/2 hour to check-in. The luggage got lost. This hotel has great service and a friendly staff but the rooms are some of the smallest I have every stayed in. In addition to the small rooms size the windows are single payne and allow all street noise into the room. We also went went the weather was very cold and the single payne windows forsted up and the half od the room by the windows was very cold. I would not go back, even with the great service.
