I read a number of reviews on line and was seriously considering finding somewhere else to stay. The reviews (many fairly recently) were really bad and detailed moldy bathrooms, unclean rooms, poor service, etc. What I found was much different - quick check-in, nice room (very clean), no problems whatsoever. I'd stay here again, especially at the price.

This will be my third stay and I find it to be fine. Not too opulent, and not too grungy. The location is great, in downtown Cinci, but otherwise nothing stands out good or bad.

After reading so many bad reviews I was nervous about staying here. However I had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are two towers, the South and the North. The North tower has been rennovated, request to stay in the North tower and the rooms are newer and cleaner feeling. The valet is $20 but you can come and go as you please and it was worth the convienence.

I read some of the reviews and was very scared to stay at hotel. My husband and I were given tickets from one of his friends that he had won from a raffle. Unfortunately, I stayed at this hotel for four nights in early October '06. After letting the front desk managers know three times that my bathroom walls were blackened with mildew and mold, I finally gave up. The staff doesn't listen or care so concerns go answered. Although the hotel has a great location, I will never stay at a Millennium again because of my experience. It is a dangerously unhealthy environment.

At quite a busy check-in time, there was only one person working behind the desk. The couple traveling with us entered their assigned room, only to find it was already occupied. I resently stayed at this place they call a hotel and it was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what was worst the quality of the room or the people that work here. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The decor was lovely, the lobby spacious, and the staff was warm and friendly. We were hesitant about staying with the reviews but were definitely glad that we chose to. Cincinnati is a wonderful city and we would go back again and stay at the Millennium.
