This was the definition of a flea-bag motel.  My wife and daughter now have the bed bug bites and infestation to prove it.  The place was filthy, and now after a trip to the doctor, we are battling chiggers.  Stay Away!!!

Unreal. Live in manger filthy and rude. Not acceptable- dirty and old. Magnager, Gene said it is owned by the same person who has several motels in area. They are all substandard and filthy. We liked the Americ Inn.

Rude on the phone! I was desperate for a room overnight in Dickinson. I called this hotel and on the phone the person I talked to was so rude! They said they had a room but sounded so impatient and annoyed that they had to take a phone call that immediately after reserving the room I called around one more time to find anything else! Don't stay here. The service was atrocious; they were extremely rude, almost to the point where you think to yourself, "Oh my God, people like this really exist in the service industry?" And, it wasn't just on one occasion. I'm pretty sure the reason it's the last to book up is because it's the worst motel in the town, or maybe the county.

I thought the room was alright, clean room not luxuries. I thought it was a great value and we only went back to the room to sleep, because there was so many things to do in the town.
