Great New Look

What a difference a year can make! The hotel has been redone from the lobby, to the rooms, to the meeting space. Everything about this place now screems comfort and cozzyness. I will even say the the staff has taken on the persona of the new look with their great attitudes. Everytime I stay in Raleigh I will be coming back to the Hilton!

"Have to return"

I love not only the location, but the appearance of the staff. The hotel was so clean. The room was great, including the bed. I rested so well. I can't wait to return. I was so impressed that I almost ask for an application so I can work there!

DON'T GO TO THE HILTON, GO TO AmeriSuites!! ( next door )

When me and my boyfriend went to check out hotels we went to AmeriSuites ( right next to the Hilton ), they let us check our room by ourselves and trusted us! But when we went to the Hilton, we ask the front desk staff if we could check the room she was giving us. We ask her nice and she had the nerve to get one of the other staff ( a man ) to go ...

Not as good as it should have been as a Hilton

I picked this hotel because it was "Hilton", however, I was truly dissapointed. When I arrived, the hotel lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. My room (no smoking) smelled of cigarettes. My room was on the second floor near the elevator and all night long I could hear people coming and leaving off the elevator and talking in the hall ...

I want my money back!

I have yet to stay in a worse hotel for that "level!" I would have been better off staying at a Motel 6 and actually gotten my money's worth. The front desk staff kept pushing the hotel bar as "a great place to relax." I came to Raleigh to visit friends, not get drunk in the bar!
The general condition of the Hilton was just dirty. I felt like I needed a bath everytime I walked through the lobby.
Don't stay there.
