Great Hotel

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Crabtree on 02/17/07 and I was impressed. The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. It was close to the Crabtree Valley Mall and minutes from the RBC Center. I would definately stay there again.

About what you'd expect

Clean room, nice simple appointments. But why do they have to type all that stuff when you check in? Can't you just give me my key? I had a reservation, come on!!! The breakfast crew was short a person, but they really did their best to make up for it.

MORE FOR THE MONEY

I really did not care for the room it was clean , but not very attractive at all. The wall paper looked like it was put up like it was dark in the room, the view out of my window as dismal. The sheets would not stay on the mattress. This made sleeping very uncomfortable.It was an average room, for not an average price

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, GIANT TURN OUT TO BE A MIGET

WHEN YOU GET TO THE HOTEL, THE LOBBY IS NICE. BUT WHEN YOU GET INTO THE ROOM, IT IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM ONE OF THE HOTEL GIANTS. THE ROOM LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST FINISH CONSTRUCTION IN A HURRY, THE SHEETS WOULD NOT STAY ON THE BED. THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK ACTED LIKE HE COULDNT FIND OUR RESERVATIONS, AND WANTED MY CREDIT CARD FOR INCINDENTAL ...

We had a short stay over in Raleigh, and we were very pleased with the hotel and the hotel staff. Great stay, and a great location...close to everything.

We had a big, relatively clean room. The hotel was conveniently located about 1 block from Crabtree Valley mall, which offered dining options other than the hotel's one restaurant. This was especially appreciated as we got in late in the evening.

Check-out was tedious as the staff billed us for the room (prepaid via Yahoo! Travel) and correcting this took some time.

Overall, a good hotel for the price we paid for the package.
