I've stayed with this hotel every year for 7 years. The staff is consistent. The waitstaff in the dining room has not changed at all in that time. Consistently helpful and friendly. I always look forward to returning.

I have stayed at this hotel before mainly for convenience when visiting family. However, the last time we were there, my daughter and I were awoken by two people entering our room laughing. Apparently they were given our room keys by mistake and to say the least, it was a bit disconcerting. When I told the person at the front desk the next day, they just shrugged and said, "oh well." We wil never stay there again.

One word, Cockroaches. Wife and I found dead cockroaches by the desk. Dirty and disgusting. When I spoke to front desk manager, she was very unprofessional, didnt offer anything accept a simple sorry. Whole experience was like a motel in the ghetto of Harlem, NYC.
