We stayed at the Omni for four days over Christmas and it was great. We chose it for the reviews and they were all right on. The room was bigger than we expected being in New York and all. The service was great. It was clean. Great location. We got to see everything we wanted. All in all a great place.

Can't say enough good things about the Omni Berkshire Place. From the minute you step onto the curb outside, you're treated like royalty. We were very pleased with the Omni Berkshire Hotel in New York City. The staff was curtious, helpful, and most accomodating. Their presentation was impeccable and the service was exceptional. We will definitely go back!

We stayed at the Omni the week of August 12, 2006. It was more than we expected. The location was great. The entire staff were polite, courtesy and friendly. We had the superior room, and it was awesome. We have no regrets. We will stay at the Omni again.

The hotell billed me $11.00+ per minute for several phone calls my 10 year old nephew made without my authorization...and then the hotel manager refused to remove these extremely expensive and unauthorized phone calls from the hotel bill.

The toilet clogged easily...the bathtub drain cap did not work...I had to manually remove it with my fingernails so that the water would drain...also the bathroom door lock did not work.

Great hotel-clean, helpful staff, great location. My friend and I stayed here in late September. We recieved excellent service. The rooms are huge for NYC standards. The bed is so comfortable-I slept like I was in my own bed at home. Every restaurant/show that the concierge recommended was fantastic.

we reserved a non-smoking room with double beds. ended up with a one bed, and a trundle. very crowded. staff was not helpful. do not do anything through the concierge...way over-priced. the hotel location is great, but overall it is not worth the price.

This hotel was really very nice. I thought the rooms were wonderful. They were well maintained and decorated. The service was alright but the location was nice and I believe its worth the price if you can afford to stay here.

well knowing that I am fat, it is hard to find a hotel with fat girl friendly items. Such as the tub, the bed, the chairs, the towels, etc...lmao.Omni Berkshire had all of it. It was a great place to stay for the two nights me and my ex stayed. Very pleasant, quiet, and very romantic like. The service is top notch!!!
