Just returned from NY. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. We planned our trip by mainly walking and public transportation. We knew our hotel would be more expensive being that it was near Times Square. Hot breakfast, which was included, started out our day. The hotel was clean and the staff was fabulous. Mary, the concierge, hooked us up with fabulous restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our two children (5 & 9). The service and location were outstanding as well. The continental breakfast was very yummy...alot of choices (hot/cold/healthy). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful! Keep up the great work!!

Great location, excellent staff, large tastefully decorated rooms, updated bathrooms. Rooms are great size and clean. Tons of food for free breakfast and even have a breakfast to go if you want it. Staff is more than willing to assist with any needs. Great price. Great location one block from subway and close to Broadway shows and Times Square. Centrally located to lots of NYC sites. Have stayed here before and will come back. Very good experience each time. Excellent Service - We arrived early morning and did not expect them to have a room ready for us, but they did and let us check in early... even directed us to get some breakfast at the buffet.

Most of these reviews are too old to be worth anything. We have stayed here three times from 2006 through February 2007. We have two more stays in March and April. It's great. Rooms are nice, clean, and large. Staff is fine. Location is great for Broadway. Buffet breakfast is good.
