room was ok, pool outside very nice lots of stores around good, nice lobby... it was good overall but the only thing i would complain about was the service, i had to keep calling for room service then go downstairs to get service. The customer service in the front desk also isnt that good. and the rooms no refrigerator no mircowave, and if you ask ...

We have used this hotel multiple times in the past few years for a very large family reunion. A large block of rooms is always reserved and they have always been beautiful, comfy and clean. We greatly enjoy the buffet breakfast in the morning along with the pool facilities. There is a very nice playground off of the dining area, perfect for young children.

this was the worst experience ever my family memeber was in the area and went to this hotel unfortunately, they said the rooms were disgusting and very unkept!! the staff was extremely rude it was unbelieveable, especially because its a hotel. i wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!!! it is terrible how bad this service was!!!

Was informed the pool closes at 11:00 pm yet it closed at 10 pm. The bathroom floor was dirty as was the glasses. Booked a room with 2 double beds,for a party of 4 yet the bathroom only had 3 towels, 1 washcloth and 3 hand towels. When I called down for more wash cloths and another towel, they brought up one more washcloth and 3 towels. Ordered ...

Wow - I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, and this is possibly the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The service was rude and incompetent, the dry cleaning was almost lost, keys didn't work, and drinking glasses were dirty. I've stayed at other Hilton hotels before and have enjoyed my experiences, but I would absolutely avoid this one at all costs. I am still simply amazed at just how horrible this place was.

WARNING. make sure you ask for a room that has been renovated. the old rooms are terrible. Also... make sure you ask for a room that IS NOT on the 3rd floor... many rooms face a brick wall.
