I took a vacation tour from Knoxville, TN to NYC and stayed at this motel. I do not fault the inn. I fault the person I arranged the trip with (Sterltouch Travel in Knoxville, TN). I would never had stayed in the hotel if I had seen it before arriving.

The hotel is clean, secure ( video monitoring all around ). You must enter past the desk clerks.

Unsafe area. The car parked next to us was broken into. Unsanitary room, our bed sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. Rude and unhelpful staff.

I like this place, because of the price, free parking, the stuffs and the location to tranceportation. We parked at the hotel and took the bus to NY.
