This place is dirty. We were locked in our room and banged on the window until someone saw us. No answer at the desk. Our safety was not an issue to the motel. The elevator was always broken. Luggage had to be hand held and taken down the stairs. If they have a coffee pot in the room, they should supply the coffee.When someone in our party complained to the desk they were told, if you were unhappy stay somewhere else next time which we will do.

I stayed here because it was one of the few hotels with a vacancy(it was a last minute vacation). Our Family has been going to the Olympic Island Beach Resort for the last 22 years. It is very accomodating to our family. The employees are friendly, the view is great. I was married there 2 years ago and they accomodated all of my guests. All in all we have had a wonderful experience there after all these years!!

The staff is friendly and the rooms, although older, are always clean and kept nice. Have never had any problems that weren't resolved immediately. I'll be there again very soon for the American Legion Convention.

Our family rented 5 rooms and having a good time until Sunday morning the air conditioner in one of the rooms went on fire and smoked filled a second room. Called the front desk, NO RESPONSE. This hotel is not as it is advertised. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The pool ladder was broken. No AC in the bedrooms. Furniture was from 1960's.
