since we weren't this priorityclub member crap we were treated like crap.
The hostess loudly told us we took up a table from a couple who are members. We were charged for breakfast. Funny part, we stayed at this place in May 2009 and never charged to eat!

broken toliet seat room smelled like urin they moved us to anouther room that wasnt properly cleaned beds like sleeping on Rt. 37 carpet was dirty in both rooms and they were supposed to give me a partial refund witch i did not get . Breakfast was horrible food wasnt good not even the coffee

We would just like to say that Holiday Inn truly made our wedding reception perfect. Everything from the cocktail hour thru dinner to the wedding planner and staff. Thanks for everything. The food was really awesome.

Room was very clean. Bed and sofa were more comfortable than what I have at home. On-site laundry room was a bonus. $1.50/load to wash or dry which is reasonable. Three days before my wedding the hotel moved my guests to another hotel 25 minutes away without notifying me! I had to find out from my angry guests and when I called the hotel they were very rude. To top it off there was no room for me and my husband after I booked a block of rooms months in advance.

The service was great. I've stayed over 200 nights in Holiday Inns over the last few years and this is my best experience yet.
