My husband and I attempted to stay, but because of the extremly rude service at the front desk, I left! My friend stayed and said he wished he didnt! Overpriced and awful service. The sheets were dirty he asked the front desk to have them changed and they wouldnt! He couldnt get asleep because of all the noise that was there. Lots of homeless hang out behind the back parking, which is because they live out there!(found out from locals)

Great place to stay for business or travel. The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping is thorough. Convenient location. Walk to downtown! Highly reccommended.

the staff were all very nice and all very helpfull. always there for what ever you need. went out of their way to try to make you happy. but never agian will i book my hotels with price line, they are very week on service and will not fix any problems that accure. Holiday Inn in downtown Concord NH was great and would stay agian.

We stayed for two nights. The front desk was great at helping us find a place for dinner the second night. The first night we ate at the Kansas City Steakhouse they have there and the food was so-so. Its a great location because you can walk to everything in the downtown area. There were food trays across from the elevator from room service ...

A really clean, big, comfortable room, but I thought it expensive. It is located for those in town on business, I guess, not for those passing through on vacation such as myself.
Be careful of extra charges. They added an $8.00 charge to my bill for ordering a video game which I did not do but they quickly removed it when I questioned the charge.
They had a guest computer which was nice.

Clean, comfortable & convenient! The front desk had great suggestions and information about the area. If you bring a laptop ask the front desk for a Wayport_Access Bridge, it really improves internet speed and access.
