Comfort:
The beds were not comfortable at all, the mattress on each bed seemed long overdue for replacement. They were very thin with coil springs and very hard, my back is still a little sore. The family loft sleep sofa is not even worth mentioning. ...

My wife, son and I stayed in one of the family loft rooms. The room and loft layout were perfect! The loft provided a separate living area for my son while the main level was more than enough room for all of us to sit, relax, play games and watch movies. My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice quiet place to go to in North Conway for a weekend. We found this place and it was the best choice. Great service and great value. Clean and cozy rooms with great room service. Will be staying here again.

When my daughter and I arrived at Merrill we wer impressed by the service immediately we were greeted by a friendly clerk at the desk. When we arrived at our room, we were surprised by the large size of the room. The beds were the most confortable we've ever slept on in a motel or hotel.

Wonderful place to stay. Service is awesome, best continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. Clean facilities. Not too far from all the activity. Close enough, yet far enough away from to keep it quiet. Highly recommend. Similar to B&B, but in a motel setting. Been going there for few years now, will go back again. Wide choice of rooms, either in barn or cabins.
