I have stayed in Vegas many times and this place is by far the worst. The worst customer service ever! It about ruined my vacation. Our door to our room was broke and instead of moving us to a new room they made us sit there for 5 hours while a repair man fixed it. The servers in the dining area were terribly rude and unprofessional, and the food isn't even good. There are so many places to stay in Vegas don't pick this one!
