Great Place To StayI enjoyed the value of this place. The Top of The World restaurant was amazing.
Check-In was a little slow because the express kiosk was broken when we got there, but the Check-Out was a breeze with the little kiosk near the desk.

We enjoyed our stay.It has been some time since our last stay in Las Vegas. We had stayed at another hotel at that time. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with our stay this time. Poor front desk information re. costWe have stayed twice [total 21 nights] - never again.
Hard to get full info. at front desk, and the comps. were not very good.
Never did get my final bill so I could check details.

A dumpThis place is a dump. The rooms are right out of the 70's and I'm sure they have not been updated since. Check in and check out is a joke. Long waits due to short staffing.

Many better places in Las VegasThe location of the casino makes you have to either walk quite a distance to another casino or rely on a cab or a bus.
I got to the hotel at 11:00 am and it took me over 4 & 1/2 to check in due to a computer error. Many other people were able to check in but not me. Things got worse as the trip went on

Would stay again if we came back to Las Vegas,The service and the staff were remarkable. They couldn't do enough for us. It has been 30 years since we were last in Vegas and I can't say enough good things about the concierge desk they went out of their way to help us old folks find our way around.
