The staff was nice, Miguel was helpful and the Timberhouse restaurant cashier/waitress in the wee hours of the morning was busy and alone but did an excellent job checking to make sure everything was fine. One security gaured, thin, about 40 to 50 yrs old was rude to my 2 boys when they were walking through the casino to go get a bite to eat at la Tabernera downstairs. He told them he was going to call the cops on them!!!

The staff was not very courteous. The two times I questioned something, the staff became rude and argumentative. Why ask how the stay was if you don't really care? The mattress was worn out. Their response was I must be wrong as they recently remodled.

Listen everybody, we lived in tahoe for 6 years and mang, a midsize motel and the only place i would recommend you stay is lakeside. We use to sent other guest's to 3 or 4 other motels in tahoe, as most motels especially now i would not let my dog stay at.
