I will definitely be back!!Lovely room, beautiful view of lake. Close vacinity to many shops. Went for long walks along the lake. Hotel with midwest values. Very close to Squaw Valley resort. Thanks soooooo much! Dee from Iowa
We stayed here in May, 2007. Office staff spoke English! Attendant in breakfast room didn't speak English but she had many smiles and knew how to get whatever you requested. Very nice breakfast selection, ample dining space. Room size was smaller than we're used to, practically had to crawl thru a bottleneck to get into the closet ...

Stayed two nights and days. Clean, friendly, great location to beach(Commons Beach Park),restaurants(Jake's and Christy Hills), bike baths, tour boat to Emerald Bay. Farmers Market ,old car show, music in park, fun place! Slow rafting if you like that kind of laid back thing. Park your car at hotel and walk everywhere! Cools off in ...
A clean comfortable room with breakfast and a nice view of Lake Tahoe for less than half the price of the room our friends had at a nearby ski resort. The 15 min to the resort was a very easy drive. Good value here and a friendly staff.
The room was modern, well kitted out and there was a view of the lake. Good breakfast, shame about the french toast running out so quickly. Not bad for the money - have stayed in flea pits in South Lake Tahoe for similar rates.
I stayed there one Saturday Night in October and I must say it was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well kept. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc...My experience with the office staff was pleasant. They were friendly and helpful. The view from the tower rooms is breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
Best customer service ever...I read previous review and must say that my partner and I did not find any rude employees. The rooms we perfect for the price and the view from the top is superb.
Coffee grinder was a nice touch. Room was adequate but by no means large. Facility appeared to be recently remodeled inside although the outside looked tired. The environment was more like a motel than a hotel. Cars drive right up to the rooms on the first floor.

I visited tahoe last weekend (feb 12-13 weekend) with my friends (we were seven) and we stayed at 2 rooms in this hotel. We wanted to ski in squaw valley and hence decided to stay in tahoe city pepper tree. We reached late around 2am in the morning. seems like the office staff are not there for 24 hrs. So they had kept the key for my room in the ...
