??? Not sure if I'd go backWe carried a computer for nothing, across the USA from NY to NV & found that it's $12.99/day for internet service. Didn't find out until it was too late. Since this was overlooked by my part on the web page , about this Voted Best New Hotel, which was taken for granted that it would be available. Not even a media center either. Very ImpressedI will definatly go back. I was very impressed with the whole hotel but especially the room. It was so much bigger than some othe rthe other hotels and the price was unbelievable. The staff was great, very friendly. I would definatly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it's not in one of the greatest parts of town and a bit from the strip but there is still plenty to do in the area.Was this review helpful? Yes - No(Report Problem)OVERALL

Yahoo is out of date!Of the ten reviews purported to be of the Eastside, six describe the Nevada Palace. It seems unfair to Eastside. The new Eastside was opened in August, 2008. They Have No Idea What Customer Service IsI was very disappointed when I stayed at the East Side Cannery on March 07, 2009. The Guest Room was a vacation in itself!!!!I Truly don't know where to start, but I'll give it a try. This Hotel and Casino are geared for all people. You don't have to be rich to enjoy true luxury. We liked the price and helpfulnessMy friend and I sort of stumbled into the
Nevada Palace. We loved the prices. Maybe
our room could have been better, but we didn't
stay much in the room except to sleep. Our toilet caused a problem at one point, but it
was repaired immediately and refund for the day inconvenienced was given. We couldn't
have been treated with more consideration.

About time they knocked it down!This place is the worst! The rooms are dirty; mold in the shower stall; dirty upholstery on the chairs; rug is thin and bare; electricity doesn't work on lights; furniture is badly scrached; remote doesn't work with tv; towels are thin; shower fixture is low for very short people; heard they are knocking it down and building new casino so life will change at Nevada Palace.
