When I made our reservations, I was told "no problem" to the 3 things I required. 3 rooms next to each other that connected, 1 handicapped, lower floor, non smoking. Worn down and not up to date. Very Blue Colar
We have been coming to the Riverside for 7years. We have seen the consistant degradation of the property without upgrades. Carpet is horrible. Service is at best shuffle your feet type. We Won't be back. the Aquarius even though not upgraded is muh cleaner and the Executive Host are really in tune with the needs of the family gambler. MUCH MUCH Better. WAY more professional

Don's Kid Kastle was the best. Its located on the second floor. Took two of our kids, son 4 1/2 and daughter 20 months. Daughter had to stay in nursery, which is a little boring for a kid almost 2. Nursery didn't open till 5pm and closed at 9pm, could just have been that it was sunday. Regular hours for 2-12 year olds was 10am-11pm. 2hr ...
