I will stay here next time I'm in Billings. I had stayed here years ago, it has greatly improved. Clean, great bed, pillows, towels and great service. We stayed here 3 nights along with other family members. The workout equipment needs updating but besides that it was great.

We could not have asked for nicer people, cleaner rooms, better food, or a more helpful crew! We needed a schuttle to the airport EARLY, and they had one at 0415!
We had a last min. flight cancellation and had to find a motel. We are SO lucky they found this one for us! We certianly would recommend it!!!!

The Holiday Inn was a very inviting home-away-from home like enviroment with a kind and caring staff. It was really hot outside when we arrived so it was great to get inside to our room that was already cooled. I'd been here years before but am sure the hotel has been renovated since then, very nice.

Do not be fooled by the pictures of this hotel, the pool does not have a water fall. The rooms that are shown in the pictures are of the main tower. The rooms that are in the other areas are horrible. There is no complimary breakfast. Basically nothing. I will not stay here ever again.
