It is simply the most elegant place for dining and relaxing.The restaurant is very nice and the menus change to reflect the holidays if you are there for Thanksgiving, Christmas or Valentine's Day. You can always count on the finest service and cleanliness.

The Raphael is a charming older hotel that takes you back to yesteryear. The Eupopean stlye is well matched with the spanish style architecture of Country Club Plaza just across the street.

The rooms are very comfortball and spacious. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and the restaurant is fabulous.

I found it an excellent choice for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. It has so much more character than typical hotels.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Raphael on our honeymoon. The service was awesome, and the excellent suite, the luxurious beds, towels, and bathrobes all contributed to a very romantic couple of nights.
