The room reaked off smoke and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. I left a case full of DVD's on October 13 and it took 2 weeks of me calling to talk to a real person about getting it back. Then another week of me calling to set up shipping. It is now mid December and have yet to recieve my package...make sure you have your stuff before you leave!

The Ramada Inn in Fairview Heights (exit 12) was really nice. The have both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is food and entertainmenton site and it si down the street from shoping. My family and I had a nice stay for a reasonable price.

The rooms are spectacular! The service is Great! The Service is Great! The Location is Perfect!
