The first time we stayed the room smelled musty. We were close to the indoor waterfall, and maybe that had something to do with it. The next year we had a nice HUGE room with a good view. You have to request this stuff or you may be stuck in a bad room. Spa was nice but expensive. We stayed for a conference that meets there every year.
Stayed 3 nights in late June for conference, place is VERY OUTDATED, NEEDS UPDATE REAL BAD, rooms were small, no fridge/microwave, small very outdated bathrooms, nothing remodeled since it was built 30+ years ago, shower head busted, lots of corrosion on tub and fixtures.
OK Staff, fair/poor food, grounds looked terrible, loose/exposed ...
Advertises great views. First room overlooked parking lot. Second room overlooked lawn and corner of woods to lake. The food was absolutely aweful. Undercooked, ammenities forgotten and very overpriced. No microwaves. No fridge. No luxeries whatsoever. Stuck there for three days. Cleaning service was non-existent. Not to mention 2 1/2 mile drive to airport and no local rental cars to be found.
My wife and I, along with our twin 2 year old daughters, stayed at the Lodge of the Four Seasons over the Memorial Holiday weekend. They charged my $119 to stay there, but it felt like a roadside motel with rates of $29.99. The wallpaper was dirty and outdated. The ceiling had watermarks on them. There was a crack in the tile where the faucet ...
My husband and I stayed there about a month ago. There was a problem at check-in, but a man named John was QUICK to fix the problem. The lodge is decorated nicely. Our room was nice and so clean. Restaurants are very good. GREAT service from all staff. We were pleased. We look forward to returning.
I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER STAYED AT THE LODGE, BUT I DID WORK THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS, THE STAFF HAS ONLY ABOUT 20 LOCALS OUT OF ALL 300 EMPLOYEES, THE REST THEY BRING IN EACH YEAR FROM JAMACIA, THE JAMAICANS ARE THE MEANEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MEET! THEY ARE SO RUDE!! THE HOTEL IS FALLING APART, LITERALLY! IF IT RAINS TO MUCH, YOUR ROOM WILL LEAK! NEVER STAY HERE, IF YOU DO, COMPLAIN ALOT, ALOT! YOU WILL GET YOUR STAY FOR FREE!!!!!
I can not speak for the non lake view rooms, but the lakeview rooms are horrible. We had to move twice and ended up having to leave due to room cleanliness. The shower did not work, had mildew in shower, had other peoples hairs on the shower curtian, the towels were dusty, the wall paper was old and dirty looking, there were water spots on the ...
I was about 16 years old when I first stayed at this hotel, which was about 5 years ago and I must say I still have fond memories of it! The grounds at night are soo beautiful I loved it!I'm not sure if anything has changed or been remodeled but I would like to come back soon!!
The best hotel in the Ozarks! It's perfect for everyone. There's also a marina, movie theater, fine dining, shopping, and its minutes from everwhere in the Ozarks! Try it yourself!
I recently stayed at the Lodge of Four Seasons and the service was great. We played all the golf courses and we loved HK's Restaurant. Looking forward to our next time back.
