It was starting to storm when we got there. The hotel staff got us checked in quick, we ordered a pizza from a local greek pizza joint, delivery was fast, pizza was terrific, we watched the storm hit and miss the town below as we were on top overlooking the town. Breakfast was good still raining. Rooms were clean and average, but nice.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was true mid-west hospitality.

The rooms were terrible. The beds were hard as a rock, blankets were thin and pillows scarce, bathroom had cobwebs in the corner. Breakfast was so-so, pastries were very dry, were probably a few days old.

On a recent stay the staff was non-responsive, rude and poor at customer service. But the worse part was the filthy room and sidewalk areas.

This motel is a disgrace to the Best Western brand and should be avoided by all.
