For the price i could've probably stayed at a hilton, had a bigger room, with a wooden door, an actual view, and a smoking room like i'd reserved. The counter-woman was anything but pleasant and the stay was far too average for the price.

Worst off, my wife reached under the bed for what she thought was our son's discarded sock. It was a sock alright, but with a dripping contraceptive (rubber) that leaked on her hand. I was down at the desk complaining about tacks all over the floor we where stepping on. The room could not have been vacuumed. The kids working the desk ...

The stay was fairly comfortable and the location being central between St. Paul and Minneapolis was nice. The surrounding area had retail shops like a borders and a target but the neighborhood appeared a little rough, especially further North. To the South was a pretty cool area to shop, eat, and relax, but it was a short drive. Ask the desk clerk about it.
