We stayed at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and the gal upgraded us, and the couple with us, to a corner suite because our rooms were not ready ( check in was 3 and we arrived about 11 am). I love this hotel because, the rooms are very clean and big. Also because you are so close to the Mall and Air Port.

We enjoyed our stay at Emabassy Suites, as always the Managers happy hour was a nice touch along with the hot breakfast, saturday night and sunday morning was just a little busy and hard to find a table at both events. Monday morning was much better as far as that goes. The buisness travelers seemed a little less eager for those than the vacationers.
Rooms were very clean and in order, service was great. Will stay again!!

Generally fairly dirty. Pool is awful. Overpriced because it is close to Mall of America. Stay further away from the mall at a better place for a lower price.

I really like this hotel, and I've stayed in it about 3 times when visiting relatives. free breakfast in the AM and free drinks in the PM can't be beat! But the following problems were there last time I visited: The jacuzzi only had 2 nozzles functioning. The pool water had a wierd salty taste.

They also charge $10 a day for wifi, which I find to be excessive. There is free wifi in nearby public libraries though, which helps.
