Staff very rude. Stepped out my door to see an employee screaming at a a guest 4 doors down. Not accomodating at all. Kicked out of pool area due to contamination. 8 meeting rooms available, 3 set up for the next day. refused to give parents a meeting room or other place to congregate and visit. Dirty hotel. not maintained well at all. Bathrooms dirty. Unwilling to accomodate.

To expensive for what you get. A four star resturant doesn't run out of potaoes on a Sat. night.{au graten} at 6;30. And give you a choice of desserts {2} and one is a box pie. I hosted a Bridal Shower in the Northland room. Everyone was so helpfull!
There are only a few rooms with microwaves and I needed some melted choclate for a fountain. They had a microwave delivered to the room. The building isn't new but is well taken care of. The people are just outstanding!
The bar is really nice too.

Very rude in restaurant and front desk. Rooms were not as clean as they should be. Bar was nice and staff in there were very friendly. Wouldn't recommend.

I recently was in town for business. I stayed at the Northland for two weeks. I really liked the size and layout of this hotel. All of the amenities can be found inside. We stayed there for about 5 months on a contract. Was treated very well. Restaurant even made off menu items for us since we ate there so often.

If you have to stay in Crookston, this is a great place to stay.
