We liked the rooms and they were very quite, we are looking forward to going back!

This is a great hotel! The staff is nice and helpful. Great swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms are also nice; except that some face each other. Its feels so country and home-like. You can see Lake MI from the loby!

We received a free 2 night stay from blue green vacations. Saw that it was only a two star hotel but decided to give it the benefit of doubt. We were somewhat pleased by the appearance. Nice looking hotel - on the surface the hotel appeared to be not spotless but clean. Spent one night - the next morning saw a roach walk across the bed - we left immediately! But if you don't mind a few roaches - great place to stay!

We drove into a nicely landscaped hotel to find the staff rude and unaccommadating. At check-in, the receptionist would not alter our reservations for an adjoining room to our in-laws, even though there were rooms available (a Thursday night). We had a gathering of our family for the first time in 15 years. The facility was tremendous for families. I searched on line for a place to stay in Petoskey, and they are the only ones who responded to my inquiry with a phone call to our home. I liked that. They mixed and matched until our party of 4 were totally satisfied, not only with the accomodations, but with the friendliness of the staff.
