We had high hopes but were let down. The BED HARD AS A ROCK ! NOT COMFORTABLE. TV HAS NO LOCAL CHANNELS???
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.
The pool was DIRTY, What game room?? one machine !!!
The dinning hall was beautiful but no body was there, Empty as can be
we went down for drinks and diner the fact it was empty made our dissision to go out to eat.
Could have been a nice stay but over all disapointed ! SORRY

Crowne Plaza in Grand Rapids was a ripoff! I stayed there for 7 days. The customer service was awful. It was WAY too overpriced for what I got. During the entire 7 days I stayed there, I had to wait 20 minutes for the water to warmed up before I stepped into the shower. So, I ended up being stinky for those 7 days instead of fresh and clean. ...

For once I'm able to write a review where I was pleased in all aspects of a hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed here for one evening on the weekend, and were very happy with everything from the service, to the bathroom, to the spacious room itself, tv, everything. I'd definitely stay here again, as this is a fine quality hotel, and it contributed to a very nice weekend for my gf and I.

I found the staff quite helpful and willing to help you with what ever you needed. The pool was very nice and warm during a snow storm and the work-out room could use an overhaul but I wasn't expecting Gold's Gym.
The rooms were accommodating with great beds and CD player alarm clock. Wireless internet wasn't available in the rooms ...

Stayed here twice for business in the same month. Wasn't that pleased... Rooms OK but not that great, beds not very comfortable compared to the upgraded bedding found now in most nicer hotels. Heating system very noisy and the 2nd room I stayed in was very cold. The "fitness center" was non-existent - equipment either completely ...

Bar was super smoky so I couldn't watch my Broncos. No free breakfast. Shower head broke. Heat couldn't be adjusted. Room wasn't set up for families - should have had a separate wash area and bathroom.

I just spent 3 nights on business at this hotel,and it was a wonderful place to stay.The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasent and very helpful.I would definately recommend this hotel to any and every business traveler.

I stayed at your location in July and had the best nights sleep one could have. I have talked about the great mattress I had in my room. Please share with me what type mattress you purchase for the hotel.
