Room was dusty, dirty walls, furniture in room scuffed and scratched, incredibly noisy!!! Poor quality drapes that did not quite meet in the middle so light from outside shown into room and the thin drapes did nothing to muffle the noise from the heavy traffic outside. And possibly worst of all the hotel never acknowledged or responded to the Customer Survey I mailed to the corporate offices.
