We stayed in the renovated king size bed room at this motel from 5/16/08 to 5/19/08. It is clean and fulfills our basic needs for a budget accomodation. Their continental breakfast provide bagal with cream cheese, wheat and brown bread, coffee, apple juice and OJ.

It exceeds my expectation for the money I paid. But don't expect to use their pool which I do not care for anyway.

If you want Club Med, it's not. But if you're looking for a perfectly located home base for a trip to the Cape, this is it. Location was terrific. Breakfasts were simple, but more than good enough for someone to start their day. I believe price is fair and would stay there again.

Walking distance to downtown, easy to find, nice outdoor pool, fridge in the room, a little over $100/night on a weekend, which seems good for the Cape area. Very family friendly too. Continental breakfast available as well.
