Overall the hotel was okay, but the attention to detail was poor. There were a few helpful staff members, but the desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. As a Starwood Club member, we were not given what we were promised. Don't have your wedding reception there (good food but not a good reception coordinator). It was not the worst place I have stayed, but with all of the options in Annapolis, I would not stay here again.

My family and I have been staying here for summer weekend. I have lots of bed bug bites after the stay. It tooks about 10 days for us to recover after bed bug bites. The hotel allows pets to check-in, and don't fume the rooms afterward. Stay away from this place.

Ilike how they have security on site all night they git the qualities i want in any hotel or home away from home place I decide to stay in. they have very knowledgeable staff there to give you a hand when ever needed that'S why i like the sheraton annapolis hotel and resorts.

Very nice classy hotel with execellent service. Although its location leaves a bit to be desired, it is a cheaper high end option then staying in downtown Annapolis.

They also allow pets which was key to our visit.
