The lobby beautifully decorated. The breakfast outstanding. Employees friendly. Location a must for shopping, business, dining, etc. However, the rooms are in need of renovations. Our room had chipped paint and the tub had rust stains. Also room a bit cold. I would assume along with those needed renovations some insulation for keeping room warm would be in order.

The hotel is in need of updating! Our room was okay, but the air-conditioning didn't work. Heard that many others staying in the hotel from our group didn't have a/c either. The free morning breakfast is great, as well as the happy hour. My kids loved the glass elevators. Overall, an okay place to stay, but please fix the AC!

This is a nice place, but the rooms are starting to get outdated, a make over is needed. Breakfasts are great!!

As for the restaurant/bar, they are understaffed and closed at midnight on a Friday when there were about 15 people spending money. During the day, a bartender would come around every half hour or so: just poor management.

This is my must stay - for many years on trips to Baltimore, this facility on the North side is nestled into the wooded areas convenient to a brand new shopping center and outdoor commons. Great hot b'fast to order INCLUDED! Don't miss the cajun food.

Good sized rooms, however, housekeeping didn't come for my 2 day stay, and wireless internet would have been greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast and in house restaurant make up for it I suppose. Nice lobby ambiance and friendly staff.
