Cleaning staff is the grand parents of the people that qwn the place. They do a very poor job, un-mopped floors, un-cleaned bathrooms, un vaccumed floors. If you're staying 1 nite, it's ok. If for extended period of time, I would suggest staying elsewhere.

it was actually traumatic being in the room..we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in...the pillow cases were dirty..there were mouse droppings in the drawer where the bible was..the floor had probably never been vacuumed..got our money back immediately..*shiver*

Man this place was terrible. As soon as I went into the room I tripped over the bed which is about 4 inches away from the entrance. The room was nasty and humid, the towels in the bathroom were stained and the tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months! The toilet overflowed with tissue and the bed was just gross!

It was so delightful, clean and fresh rooms. Service the quality of a 5 star Las Vegas Hotel. The room service as prompt, and the massage service was excellent. The wine list was outsanding.
