This motel was absolutely terrible! When we arrived, we were informed that because it was a busy weekend and all hotel room in the area were booked, they would be increasing the price---unbelievable. The University Inn if obviously an older hotel, but it is spotless. The new teal carpet and lovely turquoise sink, tub, and toilet added a certain charm to the room. My five year old declared it the fanciest hotel she's ever stayed in because we were given a real key instead of a keycard.
