There was nothing to dislike about the hotel at all!! Prime location which is in walking distance from almost EVERYTHING! The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The bed was like heaven. It swallowed you up completely. I can't wait to return!

The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location, and the rooms are inviting and comfortable. It's location is great for walking downtown New Orleans, not too far from Bourbon Street, but not too close either. The courtesy and service of the staff is what makes us feel that we will never be happy with another hotel again.

We were on a gambling trip in Biloxi and weren't having any luck and decided on a whim to drive to NO and try Harrah's Casino. We checked into the Sheraton because it was close to the Casino. What a surprise!! Our room was beautiful!! The service was oustanding! The heated pool on the roof was so relaxing! And you can't beat the price.....definitely one of the best values in New Orleans!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was a little small.Not far from the French Quarter.We will be back!

The Location was great for walking around and seeing the sights. The Beds were wonderful, I have never had such a good night sleep.
