We drove around for fifteen minutes because the parking lot was full. The room service menu in our room was out of date, so they had to bring up a new one and the maids did not speak a word of English.

I stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Metairie quite often, and think it is a nice hotel to stay at for the money. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean, every room I have stayed in comes with a small balcony, the staff is always friendly, and the decor is modern and stylish. I enjoy every facet of my stay at Four Points. All staff members that I encountered were attentive and helpful. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful!! The room was very clean. Looking forward to staying again.

We checked in and were sent to a non-smoking floor that smelled like tobacco! We went back to the desk to get another room only to be sent to one with a wet bed because of a leaking ceiling. 3rd strike was witnessing another couple in the lobby complaining too. Needless to say, we cancelled our stay!

We waited over an hour for the bus to pick us up from the airport. Another group had been waiting for 20 minutes before we got there.

We asked for a room close to the elevator. They put us in one far away; we had to get it changed.

Food quality - New Orleans's should be ashamed!!!
