We stay at the hotel every time we come to Lake Charles, La. We enjoy the breakfast and the employees are frendly. The service is outstanding. We havent found anything that we dislike about the hotel but if we did we would let you know.

I really liked the prices for the rooms...The rooms are just the right size if you have a family of 4 or 5..The service was great!!

The staff and the hotel manager are great. My family and I have been going there for 7 years with my husband's company. We recommended our family and friends and now they also stay there. I had just called to inquire about availibilty for federal government rate and the customer service lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was very arguementative during the our converstions over questions concerning the inquiry and for what level of the government. I was calling in for my boss and felt that with customer service like that the government does not need to do any business with at all.

Desk clerks were rude and after all that, they overcharged me by over $100. for a two night stay... Other hotel employees were ok... and the room was fine, but the front desk has an attitude problem... Gave me wrong directions to a local business.

This is on my all ways stay there list. we are going back again this sept. 05 A real fun place. Clean , Frindly, Good value. What more can you ask.
