This hotel provided amazing comfort and service for our 2 night stay in Louisville. There were a lot of fun things to do nearby, however we spent most of our time in the beautiful lobby sipping great martinis. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We plan to return soon.

The staff went out of their way to provide great service. They were extremely prompt, polite, and professional.

They even provided guest access to computers with internet connection on the third floor.

Recommend the "Hot Brown" as well as the salmon in the casual restaurant. Again, exceptional service.
