Room was dirty and furnishings were worn and dated. Bed was very uncomfortable. The roof leaked into the hallway during a rain storm and celings throughout showed stains from many previous leaks. Main entry was littered with cigarette buts and trash. We had to walk past a rowdy bar crowd to get to the elevators. Hotel focus seems to be more toward the bar clientele than guest hospitality. Very poor service from an inexperienced staff.

Room and hotel was dirty and kind of scary.The parking was very scary and the front desk was not very trained.Could tell non-smoking room had been used by smokers.

We had reservations for 4 nights. Checked out after one night as we got no sleep. Train whistles all night and we could hear every door on the hall close all night long (7th floor). One can clearly hear conversations in a room from the hall. If you are deaf, it is a great place to stay.

This hotel was asolutely disgusting!! The rooms were dirty and completely outdated, You can hear the bar music all over the hotel. There's always drunk people roaming around hte halls all hours of the night... The bar was gross... very dirty. Not a single employee was plesant.
I do NOT recomment anyone to stay at this hotel or even visit the bar.

The room was filthy to say the least. There was mold in the room as well as rust in bathtub. There was no parking in the hotel parking lot had to park down the street. Checked ou early and stayed at the Fairfield Inn. Do not stay at his hotel.

We liked the clean rooms and the location. There was one employee that worked serving the breakfast that we really loved. She was a very polite lady. I wish I knew her name so you could tell her what a great job she did. The dates of our visit was August 18-20. If you know who worked serving breakfast those mornings, you should really be greatful for such a great employee!

I visited the hotel with the Ohio Baptist General Convention in July 2006, I was pleasantly surprised at the conditions of the facility. The poor reviews I had read were very misleading. The place was spotless, it is being remodeld and will be beautiful upon completion. The staff is super! These are the most courteous, helpful, hospital people ...

Had a great trip planned as a surprise gift for my love, ending the night with a balcony/hot tub room. Got a call the night B4 saying reservation was a mistake-cancelled. Had it for weeks prior WITH a confirmation number. Guess unless you can buy the place don't bother!!! From reading other reviews now, guess maybe it's a good thing i didn't have to experience more of their BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

very dissapointed in the cleanliness of the room. plastic tv guide sticky. pop on wall and blood on curtains, bathtub had hair in it.
4 people in room and they give you two washclothes?
did not know that NO room service existed.
