The Hotel Staff is very friendly and helped us when we had a major Medical Emergency by being prompt in calling the ambulance and helping us through the process. This was above and beyond what we have come to expect from Hotels nowadays. Great Job by management to hire the correct staff.

this is a beautiful hotel. the service was great and the rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very very clean. Close to everything! I reccomend the valet parking. I could go on and on. Definitely stay here.

From the very moment I walked into the lobby until the day I checked out I had nothing but good experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great including a great exercise room. The location was perfect. If I'm ever in Indy again I will definitely stay at the Omni.

we stayed at the hotel for a work christmas party. The service was excellent. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were the party was held was breathtaking. The location is excellent we walked everywhere we wanted to go. THe hotel is connected to circle center and that was a very nice feature. We will definitely go back and stay.

i have stayed here twice,first time on my wedding night second time on my third anniversary. this hotel is wonderful. the service is excellent. the rooms are beautiful. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found the service to be horrible. They messed up the billing of the room and were unwilling to compromise. This has to be one of the best in pampering, amenities, 0% strees free environment. The rooms are excellent, beds great size, room service can’t be beat. Treat yourself to a 5 star hotel.

Room was small and the bathroom vanity wasn't even big enough for one person. The sink and tub were worn out, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. We didn't receive maid service at all during our stay, and we had to track down someone to get fresh towels for our shower the next day. Worst of all our sheets were stained, and we found hair on a couple of the pillows. I've seen better Days Inn hotels.
I would never go back!
