personal comfort

The temp outside is in the 50's and the heat doesn't work. Explanation; "It's not Winter yet." Now we have one more question to ask when checking into hotels in the future. If the temp. says freezing and the calendar says Fall, will the hotels furnace work instead of air conditioner.

The halls were filthy! The elevators were nasty. The mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned in months, if not years. The pool looked as if no one cared to clean it. The rooms were small. The TV was non-HD and they had only about 20 lame channels. For the price I paid, I expected way more. For what they offered, just hit up a local motel 6. ...

Great stay.

Came here to stay for a concert that was at nearby Conseco Fieldhouse. Best price we could find close and we were very satisfied. Service was great and associates were very knowledgeable about the area and answered any questions we had.

Pleasantly Suprised!!!

Came here on business and was very pleased. Excellent and easy location. Guest Rooms are BRAND NEW! Hotel has great lobby & lounge atmosphere in evenings-very busy & pleasant. Club lounge is the BEST in the city. Will definitely return again next month!

The Staff here is very unprofessional..They are rude, not helpful facilities are o.k. Indianapolis for the money has a lot better hotels than this. Using the Starwood brand but is actually franchised from some other company...This hotel is definitely not a representation of the Starwood franchise....I would not reccomend anyone to stay here

I liked it because it has such a great location. But the room service was well below par.Overall this was the only minus I had with the raddison in downtown indy.

I love it here location is great for all of down towns offerings.
Just a short walk to convention center Namm 05
I enjoyed the pool and being able to view the circle.
We plan to stay once again this summer.

Perfect location for an Indy Vacation!

My sister and I booked this hotel for Star Wars Celebration 3 April 21-24, 2005. The location was perfect because Celebration 3 was in the Indy Convention center and this hotel is within walking distance (it's not even a block away.) Great price/perfect location

I searched around the city for a good price on a hotel room for a couple nights and found this fantastic hotel. Yes, it is a bit old, but hardly noticeable. The rooms are clean, hotel staff are very friendly, food was unbelieveable and had the perfect location. The roundabout and war monument were just outside my window. I could not have picked a better place!
