This was my first trip to Chicago and was a little bit nervous upon arriving and how to get to our hotel but the employees at the Metra were very helpful, and we got to our hotel with no problems.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel. It was fantastic and in an excellent spot to see most everything, i.e. museums, restuarants, theaters, ...
