as soon as you walk into the lobby, you feel like a million bucks! although the hotel isn't as bright and vibrant as the W lakeshore, it is much more luxurious and posh. the W city center truly lived up to the "W" name. because it's located in the finacial district, partygoers are better suited at the W lakeshore. we had a truly remarkable visit to chicago, and much of it had to do with our stay at the W city center!
