We checked in and checked out after seeing room. Parking lot in back dimly lite and back door not locked and inside swing doors down hall to roomnot locked. The room was dimly lite and carpet dirty. We would not recomment this motel to anybody. Lax security, dimly lit and not clean

This hotel is okay for the size of the city. People i see were complain about rooms being dark. I have no idea why you would be in your room during the day. There is allot thing to see in Galesburg. I would a dark room i used to travel allot so going to see in the day with a room with a alot of light doesn't work for me. The rooms are clean and the staff was A+. i would stay here anytime.

P.S. rash was tiny only lasted 2 days

the staff here is so useless and rude. i was ashamed to say that this is the top hotel in our town. the rooms were dark and gloomy. the heat was also broken

The front desk staff is rude! The food is wonderful. Rooms are dark and gloomy. Will stay at another hotel in the area.

Could not get them to clean our room, however the maids were very friendly. Front Desk not friendly,Pool did not work. Food is excellent. Would not stay there again. The rooms are so dark you feel like you are in a cave.

For a chain Hotel off of the interstate in rural Illinois, this hotel was exceptional. The facilities are great - indoor pool, full service restaraunt, very clean rooms. The staff was better than average including the front desk, housekeeping and wait staff. When we come back through the area, this will definitely be one of our first choices.
