The hotel is close to the airport, restaurants, downtown and shopping. The room was clean, the bed was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and the staff was very attentive. There is a Starbucks onsite as well as a wonderful little restaurant and lounge area. I would stay again.

Stayed many times. Good old days gone. Whereas once upon a time there was a computer with printer.........no more.

Customer service an oxymoron? Yes; they seem to think customer service means the customer serves the hotel clerk. As in we could care no less.

Passive aggressive? You bet! You can get a months' worth of passive aggression ...

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the only complaint i have i could hear people next door. the service was great, you were right downtown.i would stay here again.

We are so glad we chose the DoubleTree Club. The location was perfect for us - and most of all, the staff was extremely pleasant. Very personable and attentive. The room was nice - with upgraded furniture, nice bedding, a clean bathroom with nice amenities and we slept in peace.

We also went next door to dinner, at Barbacoa. Hip and trendy - with delicious steaks on the menu.
